Terms and conditions

By submitting a commission, you agree to my Terms and Conditions below.- I have the right to deny a commission.- Payment method is that half is upfront, and the other half comes when the work is done. USD = Paypal or Venmo ONLY.- You are required to give a full image reference and/or a clear description of the commission subject.- Please stay in contact if I have questions/need to discuss anything with you. If you stay unresponsive for 2 weeks after my messages, then that's a cancellation on your commission. No, you do not get a refund.- There are no refunds. My work takes time and effort.- You may not claim the commission as your own art or sell it for business without credit. I retain all rights to the piece. If it is used for profit or behind a paywall, a new negotiation must be made.- The artwork will be signed, along I have the right to post it on my media. However, if the commission is a gift or personal, then tell me in your submission, and we can negotiate from there.- Commissions may take two months to complete, depending on the type of commission. However, if you want it earlier, and placed at the top of the list is available. You’ll be charged a $5 fee!
